Repair and Warranty Terms & Conditions

(Please keep your repair request form from to allow for pickup, as it is your warranty receipt.)

 

  • Apple Tree supplies up to 12 months part warranty on repairs and sales.

  • The warranty is not an insurance backed guarantee.

  • The operation of the warranty is conditional upon appropriate use or maintenance by the customer.  

  • Accidental damage or screen breakage is not covered by the warranty.

  • Only our supplied parts are covered under the warranty.

  • Where possible we will use original parts. If original parts are not available or economical, we will use the highest quality refurbished or Third Party parts.

  • Data management, back-ups and any existing warranty, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend that data be backed up by the customer before a repair.

  • Devices supplied for purchase, must meet the description supplied.

  • Warranty repairs do not cover postal costs.

  • Your consumer statutory and common law rights are not affected by the warranty conditions.
