Our Complaints Procedure:


At James Hambrook T/A Apple Tree , we are committed to addressing all complaints, as quickly and fairly as possible. All repairs and sales conducted by Appletree are under a warranty. Unless specifically stated, the warranty will be for 12 months. Please see repair process and warranty page for details.

If the complaint is a warranty issue, our technicians should be able to resolve the problem quickly.


Our Technicians are equipped to deal with your complaints and will address your complaint immediately when contacted by telephone, email or through our web form.


If your complaint can not be dealt with by a technician satisfactorily you can write to the Company Director with your complaint or concern, attaching all relevant documentation to accompany your complaint.

Please also include the following in your written complaint:

• Date(s) of incident(s) 
• Name of the representative(s) you spoke have spoken too
• Nature of your complaint 
• Your full name & address 
• Your telephone number and an alternative telephone number and an email address, if any, so we are able to contact you.


We will aim to respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt of your complaint letter.
